STG18 Differential Pressure Transmitter
The STG18 Differential Pressure Transmitter is a high-performance industrial device designed for precise differential pressure measurement. It utilizes a solid-state monocrystalline silicon sensing element combined with a silicon oil-filled transmission structure. Based on the piezoresistive effect of semiconductor materials, it converts differential pressure into highly accurate electrical signals. The built-in Wheatstone bridge ensures excellent linearity between output signal and pressure, delivering stable and reliable performance. Constructed with a full stainless steel design (304 housing with 316L isolation diaphragm), the STG18 offers outstanding corrosion resistance and long-term stability. The laser-welded, fully sealed structure provides protection ratings of IP65 (DIN43650) or IP67 (M12 connector), making it suitable for harsh environments with moisture, dust, and vibration. With overload capability up to 200% FS and burst pressure up to 500% FS, it ensures enhanced durability and safety. The transmitter supports multiple output options, including 4–20mA, 0–10V, 1–5V, and Modbus RS485-RTU communication, and operates on 12VDC or 24VDC power supply. Its wide pressure range from 0~0.1 Bar to 0~600 Bar (including bidirectional pressure) meets diverse industrial requirements.
