The STG07 Grouting Flat Diaphragm Pressure Transmitter is widely used for pressure measurement in engineering equipment, metallurgical automation, and other industrial processes. It is especially suitable for tunnel boring machines, powder handling equipment, grinding machines, slurry equipment, and fluid systems.
This transmitter uses a stainless steel isolation diaphragm with a silicon pressure sensing element, providing high sensitivity. Its flat diaphragm design ensures accurate pressure measurement. It also offers reverse polarity protection, transient overcurrent and overvoltage protection, and multiple output options, including 4~20mA, 0-5V, 1-5V, 0-10V, and Modbus485-RTU, while meeting EMC protection standards for reliable performance.
The pressure range is from 0~6 to 200Bar, available in gauge or absolute pressure. Operating voltage options are 12VDC or 24VDC. Accuracy reaches ±0.2%F.S with long-term stability ≤±0.1%F.S/year. The transmitter features a 304 stainless steel housing, R1 or G1 mechanical connections, vibration and shock resistance, and protection ratings up to IP68.
Temperature compensation range is -25~85°C, with operating and storage temperatures of -40~125°C. It is compatible with gases and liquids that do not corrode stainless steel 304/316L, suitable for extreme industrial environments.
